  • Pediatric department: 3:00-4:30 PM.
  • Otorhinolaryngology: 1:30-3:30 PM. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday only)
If you wish to receive medical care due to sudden illness,please call to confirm availability.

Parking information

A parking lot for 90 vehicles is available on the first basement level.

Fee: ¥100 per 20 minutes

* Outpatients may park their cars free of charge for three hours. Please apply for a parking pass at one of the reception desks located at the outpatient blocks.
* ¥10,000 bills cannot be used at the exit ticket gate, so please pay in advance at the fare adjustment machine located next to the security counter at the entrance of the first basement level.

Outpatient care

for new patients

  1. Fill out the Registration Form available at the New Patient Reception Desk.
  2. Submit the Registration Form and your health insurance card to the General Reception Desk.
  3. Submit your Reception Slip to the Block Reception Desk.
  4. After completing the registration process, please go to the outpatient areas on the second (2nd) and third (3rd) floors to undergo tests and a medical examination.
  5. Fees and schedules will be processed at the Block Reception Desk after completing your medical examination.

Hospital admission

Visitors

Visitation hours are as follows to ensure patients’ recuperation and comfort. All hospital ward floors require a security card key for entrance. All visitors are asked to follow the procedures specified on the first floor.

General wards

Procedures for making ward visits and obtaining Visitor Permits

Visitors must fill out required documentation and security procedures at the Disaster Prevention Center located to the left of the main entrance on the 1st floor. You will be given a Visitor Permit following completion of the procedure. Please wear the permit around your neck. Also note that staff members and security personnel may inquire for security reasons if your Visitor Permit cannot be confirmed.

Visitor entrance

  • Please inquire with us if you wish to visit the nursery or the HCU.
  • Please do not bring food or beverages that may not be allowed during the patient’s treatment course.
  • Please note that you may be asked to curtail visits depending on the patient’s condition.
  • To prevent in-hospital infections, we ask that you do not bring small children (preschool age and younger) with you during your visitation.

Comprehensive medical checkups
and routine health checkups

Kosei Hospital offers comprehensive medical checkups.

  • Six courses are available, including a day course and a one-night, two-day course. In addition, we offer an array of optional items.
  • Explanations on the results of most tests can be provided within the same day, including most urine and blood tests, X-rays, and ultrasound examinations.
  • In addition to providing consultations with physicians, the hospital employs full-time health nurses and managerial dieticians who offer health and nutritional consultations and advice.
  • We will refer you to a specialized department in the hospital as needed and/or upon request.
  • Those taking the one-night, two-day course will stay in a hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku (includes transportation to and from the hotel).
  • These services are recommended in the early detection of diseases and to assist in your personal health management.Please feel free to consult us even if you are undergoing treatment for a disease.We strive to individualize our services to meet your needs.
